Buying or selling a house is a big step and you need someone you can count on to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I love what I do and am eager to help you with your home needs for whatever phase of life you are in.
I have been enamored with real estate for many years. It all started back in 2003 (when I was still working in the tech industry) and a friend and I decided to get into the rental property business! There was no turning back- I was hooked and quickly found that I enjoyed the freedom of real estate much more than the cubicle confines of the corporate world! I ventured out as a licensed Realtor in 2008!
I really like adding value to people's lives. I get to know my clients on a personal level and keep in touch with them well after any transaction is over. One of my greatest joys is being able to work with a client multiple times- either for a move-up/move-down or to expand their real estate investment portfolio, or to help a family member. 95%+ of my business is repeat and referral! I become their "go-to" person for any real estate related questions, and I absolutely love that people place their trust in me in that manner. I do my best to keep the home buying and selling processes seamless, worry-free, and fun for my clients. I am never pushy and know that everyone is working according to their own timeline, but I'm here as a resource when my clients are ready. I do, however, love a good negotiation and take pride in helping my clients get the price and terms that they seek.
All life experiences build on each other and I firmly believe that my extensive program management background, customer orientation, and ability to deliver results has brought a lot value to my clients over the years. I've got a BA in Environmental Economics and an MBA in Operations Management & Entrepreneurism. I've also got numerous 3-letter real estate credentials and have been honored to win multiple production and customer service awards throughout my real estate career.
